I am a biologist turned deep-sea storyteller, Education Outreach Director for a global ocean organization Nautilus Live, and an environmental management graduate student.
My interests are in seabed exploration, characterization, transforming maritime opportunities for historically marginalized communities, and responsible management as global ocean resources are centered in new conversations of climate change and the Blue Economy. My graduate research at Duke University in environmental leadership focused on the emergent seabed mining industry’s management planning process in the High Seas.
